Why Nim

What working with us is like.

Senior people only

The people on the call are the people doing the work. No account-manager relay, no juniors learning on your budget.

Honest advice, in writing

We say what we will do, then do it. If a channel is not worth your money, we tell you — and the reasoning is written down.

Proposal-based pricing

Fixed scope, fixed price, no surprise invoices. You approve the quote before any work starts.

Kathmandu, working worldwide

NPT (UTC+5:45) working hours overlap Europe, the Gulf, Asia and Australian mornings. Distance has never been the hard part.

Problems we solve

Sound familiar?

Your website is slow and nobody can fix it.

We measure first, fix what actually moves the numbers, and hand over a report with the before/after data.

You spend on marketing but cannot tell what works.

We set up measurement tied to real business actions, then report on leads and outcomes — not clicks alone.

Your last agency promised the moon and vanished.

Documented scope, weekly written updates and no ranking promises. We would rather under-promise in writing than over-promise on a call.

Process

Four steps, honestly timed.

A short call plus a questionnaire. We learn the business before we quote it — goals, constraints, what "done" means for you.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Where is Nim based?

We are based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and we work with clients worldwide. Our timezone is NPT (UTC+5:45); in practice our working hours overlap with Europe, the Gulf, Asia and Australian mornings.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced by proposal. After a short scoping call we send a fixed-scope quote with a clear breakdown, so you know what you are paying for before any work starts. We do not publish a rate card because honest pricing depends on scope.

How long does a website project take?

A typical business website takes two to eight weeks depending on scope, content readiness and feedback speed. We confirm a realistic timeline in the proposal and keep you updated every week.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and we would not trust anyone who says they can. Search rankings depend on competition, content and factors nobody controls. What we do guarantee is documented technical work, content that earns its position and transparent reporting you can check.

Do you work with clients outside Nepal?

Yes. Most of our collaboration happens over email and scheduled video calls, with written updates after every milestone. Distance has never been the hard part; unclear communication is, so we over-communicate on purpose.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. Hosting, domain, code, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name, and every handover includes documentation. If we ever part ways, you leave with everything.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes, as an optional monthly service covering updates, backups, uptime and speed monitoring. It is cancel-anytime; we would rather keep you with good work than with a lock-in contract.

How do we get started?

Send the contact form with a short description of what you need. We reply within one business day (NPT) with either a few clarifying questions or a suggested time for a scoping call.
