Services
Services are delivered under individually agreed proposals. Each proposal defines scope, deliverables, price, timeline and payment terms. Where a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal prevails for that engagement.
Quotes and payment
All prices are quoted per project after scoping. Unless a proposal states otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts after a written reminder.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (designs, code, documents) become yours. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, code patterns and know-how developed along the way. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock media, software) remain governed by their own terms.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you own or have licensed the content, trademarks and data you provide to us, and that our use of them in the project does not infringe any third-party rights.
Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed to date; we hand over what has been produced so far.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with courts in Kathmandu having jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
