Process
How a Nim project runs.
Four steps, written down. The timelines below are typical patterns from real projects — your proposal confirms the dates for yours.
-
01
Discover
A 30-minute call plus a short questionnaire: goals, audience, constraints, what "done" looks like. We ask awkward questions now so nobody discovers them at launch.
-
02
Propose
A fixed-scope proposal: what is included, what is not, the price, the timeline and the payment schedule. You take it away and read it. No pressure, no expiring "special discounts".
-
03
Build & optimize
We build in short cycles with a weekly demo and a written update: what shipped, what is next, what we need from you. Feedback lands early, when it is cheap to absorb.
-
04
Launch & support
Launch checklist, redirects, measurement checks, handover documentation and a training session. After that: optional maintenance you can cancel anytime, or a clean handover to your team.
The honest part
What we need from you.
Projects move at the speed of feedback. The builds that finish on time have one thing in common: a client contact who answers questions within a day or two and can make decisions. Content is the other critical path — copy, photos and product data ready before the build starts keeps the timeline honest.
We keep our side predictable: weekly updates, a demo every week, and no surprise invoices. If something on our end slips, you will hear it from us first, with a revised date — not after you ask.
Ready when you are.
Start with two sentences about your project. The first call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
