FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Short, honest answers. If yours is not here, the contact form is one click away.

Where is Nim based?

We are based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and we work with clients worldwide. Our timezone is NPT (UTC+5:45); in practice our working hours overlap with Europe, the Gulf, Asia and Australian mornings.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is priced by proposal. After a short scoping call we send a fixed-scope quote with a clear breakdown, so you know what you are paying for before any work starts. We do not publish a rate card because honest pricing depends on scope.

How long does a website project take?

A typical business website takes two to eight weeks depending on scope, content readiness and feedback speed. We confirm a realistic timeline in the proposal and keep you updated every week.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and we would not trust anyone who says they can. Search rankings depend on competition, content and factors nobody controls. What we do guarantee is documented technical work, content that earns its position and transparent reporting you can check.

Do you work with clients outside Nepal?

Yes. Most of our collaboration happens over email and scheduled video calls, with written updates after every milestone. Distance has never been the hard part; unclear communication is, so we over-communicate on purpose.

Who owns the website and the accounts?

You do. Hosting, domain, code, analytics and ad accounts stay in your name, and every handover includes documentation. If we ever part ways, you leave with everything.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes, as an optional monthly service covering updates, backups, uptime and speed monitoring. It is cancel-anytime; we would rather keep you with good work than with a lock-in contract.

How do we get started?

Send the contact form with a short description of what you need. We reply within one business day (NPT) with either a few clarifying questions or a suggested time for a scoping call.
